1) ALL Alumni MUST submit the discounted $175.00 Good Luck page fee by the deadline.
In order to keep your deadlines, you may lose your spot in the "Top 40" if
you do not submit by the deadline. Any communications re: multiple family
members who need some extra time for page fees may be granted.
*1 Program book per family IS included in your sponsor page fee*
2) ALL Alumni must GIVE their page for the book TO their State Director
by the deadline set forth at your next STATE pageant so your page is
included in the packet sent to the National office for the book.
3) ALL NEWLY crowned State titleholders MUST advance to the Nationals
as the Director pays your Division entry fee! You must plan accordingly. Your page AND
Good Luck page fee MUST be submitted to your State Director at the deadline given after
the State pageant and the sponsor fees are:
1) $200 for 1st Good Luck sponsor page fee
2) $175 for additional family members competing sponsor page fee
There will be a national prep workshop which is when the page and fee must be submitted.
IF you cannot attend your State's National prep workshop, you MUST submit to the Director
within 2 weeks of winning your title. ALL Directors must submit ALL pages and any fees
together in one package to the national office within 17 days of their State pageant.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS DEADLINE IS VITAL TO PREPARING THE NATIONAL
PROGRAM MAGAZINE "AMERICAN DREAM MODEL MAGAZINE".
4) ALL NEWLY APPOINTED State queens (Where you do NOT have a STATE event)
MUST advance to nationals and within 60 days of Full registration you Good Luck
page will be sent IN to the National Office. ALL Appointed Queens have their
Good Luck sponsor page fee PAID per your Promo entry fee!
NO PAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FINAL DEADLINES, EVEN IF YOU
HAVE PAID FOR YOUR PAGE AND YOU DID NOT SUBMIT IT IN TIME. WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS BY THE PRINTER.

Door Bracelet Cost INCLUDES ALL ACCESS to ALL events/crowning ceremonies for ALL age groups at ALL times. PRICES ARE FOR: ADULT VIP, CHILD VIP (4-12YR), OR 1 DAY PASSES which WILL have the date of the one day entry or color coded. CHILDREN OF FAMILIES 3 AND UNDER ARE FREE
A Few Standard Housekeeping Rules
Every contestant and family entered have already agreed to follow all oral and/or written Rules or Guidelines which are found in our websites, paperwork and are also given orally. There are no refunds once any entry fee or payment is received. There is no transferring of any fees as each contestant entered has made a commitment to be in "the contest". A new and fresh judging panel is always utilized each year. Our events are known to be very family friendly and full of positive fellowship as everyone is to be kind to every person or contestant they meet. Reach out and make new friends and memories during the event! The goal is to do your very best and cheer on all sister queens. Congratulate any winner just as YOU would want to be congratulated!
ANY WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN ANY AWARD OR TITLE. IF YOU CANNOT STAY FOR ANY PART OF THE EVENT OR CROWNING, YOU ARE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE COMPETITION IN ALL RESPECTS.
VIP DOOR BRACELETS * REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TO THE COMPETITIONS
NO sharing of door bracelets. If anyone is found to be IN the ballroom without a bracelet, you may be asked
to leave and/or contestant may be disqualified without refund. PLEASE follow the rules and wear your door
bracelets at ALL times for the safety and security of all contestants at all times.
The bracelets are comfortable and water proof. Secure bracelets on as soon as you receive them.

DRESSING ROOMS MAY BE PROVIDED FOR PART OF THE PAGEANT COMPETITION. DRESSING ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CROWNING DAY AS YOU MAY BE CHECKING OUT OF THE HOTEL. ONLY FEMALES ALLOWED IN
AND AROUND THE DRESSING ROOM. NO SOLICITING AT ANYTIME AND NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED.
ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR/MAKEUP ARTISTS ARE INVITED AND SHOULD BE SOLICITING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. ALERT A STAFF MEMBER IF YOU ARE SOLICITED BY FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL. ANY INDIVIDUAL FOUND TO BE SOLICITING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. ANY CONTESTANT OR FAMILY OF CONTESTANT FOUND TO BE SOLICITING WILL BE DISQUALIFIED WITH NO REFUND. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY INTO ANY EVENT BY ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING OUR SIMPLE RULES OR FOR NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR/POOR SPORTSMANSHIP.
