3) NATIONAL SUPREME OVERALLS, ESSAY AND COMMUNITY SERVICE SUBMISSIONS
DEADLINE IS: MAY 26, 2012.
4) IF you bring the Supreme Overall form and payment to Nationals, CASH only is accepted. In addition, to vie for Supreme Spokesmodel, you MUST submit your Essay and Community service by MAY 26, 2012.
UP to 200 word Essay for ages 7-up on: "What being a Dream Girls USA queen means to me" are sent to: dgusaessay@yahoo.com with your name, age group, State, title in the e-mail.
Tell us about your minimum of 10 hours of ANY kind of community service and involvement.
Send up to 5 photos or "proof of service" (i.e. letters, photos, etc) along with an overview of
your involvement in 1 or more different kinds of service you have given your time to. Give a
brief statement of what being a community servant means to you.

5) Royal PURPLE National T-shirts AND Door badges are purchased at the Nationals for
a Nominal fee. Cash only at Registration. EVERYONE but the contestant must purchase a
door badge. This is a private function/show and we reserve the right to refuse entry to
any person or anyone who does not exhibit good sportsmanship. We reserve the right to
ask any person to leave who does not act in a positive nature or who is found to be taking
photographs or recording/filming this private event or anyone who is soliciting at any time.
